Some users attempting to withdraw their tokens via the Wallet suite are unable to complete the transaction since the status of the "Burn" is reportedly not being displayed by the UI.

If you are facing a similar issue please follow the steps below to complete the transaction:

Copy the transaction hash of your Burn
(The transaction hash can be found by searching the wallet used to initiate the withdrawal on https://polygonscan.com/)
Go to https://withdraw.polygon.technology/
Ensure that you are on Ethereum Network before going ahead.
Paste the transaction Hash in the input box.
Click on Complete Withdrawal
Now, confirm the transaction. It is recommended not to lower the gas fees or the gas limit.
Once the transaction gets completed, you will see a link to the transaction details on Ethereum Network. Do not refresh the screen.
Thats it. Your tokens will be safely withdrawn to your account on Ethereum Network.
